Grants and investments for Startups and SMEs for innovation activities
The EIC Accelerator is a funding programme under Horizon Europe that offers support to start-ups and SMEs that:
-have a innovative, game changing product, service or business model that could create new markets or disrupt existing ones in Europe and even worldwide,
-have the ambition and commitment to scale up,
-are looking for substantial funding, but the risks involved are too high for private investors alone to invest.

You can submit your R&D and innovation project application between 12 January 2024 to 14 March 2024 at 14:00 CET (Brussels time) using our project platform (myeurekaproject.org). Your project consortium must have an innovative SME in the leading role, but it can also include other types of organisations like large companies, universities, research organisations and more.

The Call is structured in the following 5 topics:

  • EGNSS – Transition towards a green, smart and more secure post-pandemic society (Innovation Action) – 3.5mEUR
  • EGNSS – Closing the gaps in mature, regulated and long lead markets (Innovation Action) – 8mEUR
  • Copernicus-based applications for businesses and policy-making (Research and Innovation Action) – 7mEUR
  • Designing space-based downstream applications with international partners (Research and Innovation Action) – 6mEUR
  • EU GOVSATCOM for a safer and more secure EU (Innovation Action) – 10mEUR

EU Global Action on Space
Die Europäische Kommission unterstützt die Internationalisierung des EU-Raumfahrtsektors in mehr als 90 Ländern weltweit.

Das Angebot stellt Unternehmen Dienstleistungen zur Verfügung, um sie bei der Internationalisierung ihrer Geschäfte zu unterstützen. Die Dienstleistungen sind kostenlos und umfassen eine breite Palette von Aktivitäten, wie z. B. persönliche Beratung, maßgeschneiderte Webinare und Matchmaking-Möglichkeiten.

Die Ausschreibung ist offen bis März 2024.
Zugelassen sind Firmen, die älter als drei Jahre sind, einen Raumfahrtbezug nachweisen können und ihren Firmensitz in einem EU Land haben.

Die Ausschreibung ist Teil der ESA/CONAE-Initiative „Promotion of Utilization and Mission Applications and Science“ (PUMAS) im Rahmen des Earthnet-Programms für Drittmissionen und bietet Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern und Forschenden die Möglichkeit einer gemeinsamen Nutzung von ESA-EO- und Copernicus-Daten.

Die Deadline ist der 30.04.2024

Die Kommission hat nun zwei parallele Aufrufe zur Interessenbekundung veröffentlicht, um Experimente zu sammeln, die für IOD/IOV Maßnahmen in Frage kommen.
Die Bewerbungsfrist läuft bis zum 15. März 2026 mit einem ersten Stichtag am 31. Mai 2023, 18:00 Uhr (MEZ) für:

1. IOD/IOV Experimente, die eine Zusammenführung benötigen;
2. Flugbereite IOD/IOV-Satelliten.

Das Programm hat einen sehr breiten Anwendungsbereich und kann von der Kofinanzierung von Satelliten bis hin zu Bodenanwendungen und allem, was dazwischen liegt, genutzt werden. Auch die Entwicklung neuer EO-Geschäftsmodelle ist eingeschlossen.

Neben der frühzeitigen Einbindung der Nutzer ist die Integration von mindestens einer existierenden Raumfahrttechnologie Voraussetzung für die Förderung der Projektidee. Zu den Raumfahrttechnologien zählen Satellitenkommunikation, Erdbeobachtung, Satellitennavigation und Technologien aus der bemannten Raumfahrt.
